We offer two primary membership options: Essential HRT/TRT at $150/month and Full Body Health at $300/month.

No. Basic HRT medications include injectable testosterone and injectable estradiol. Estradiol cream, progesterone, and standard thyroid medications, specialty compounds, peptides, GLP-1 medications, and other advanced therapies are not included and are billed separately.

No. Treatment recommendations are based on your individual symptoms, medical history, lab results, and clinical evaluation. Not every patient is a candidate for every therapy.

Essential Health includes an initial comprehensive consultation, a personalized treatment plan, basic HRT/TRT medications(does not include Testosterone/Estradiol patches or cream), prescription management, follow-ups every 3 months, an annual comprehensive review, and secure messaging during business hours. Initial panel, 8-week follow-up panel, and every 6-months basic hormone labs are included. Specialty medications, specialty lab panels, weight loss management lab panels, thyroid optimization, and monthly follow-ups are not included in Essential HRT/TRT membership.

Essential Health is month-to-month and may be cancelled any time with 30 days written notice. Full Body Health has a 3-month initial commitment. After 90 days, the membership continues month-to-month and may be cancelled or down-graded to Essential any time with 30 days written notice.

Full Body Health includes everything in Essential Health, plus a more comprehensive approach to hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, thyroid support, and longevity-focused care. Members receive an annual Advanced Cardiac & Inflammation Panel, comprehensive initial optimization laboratory testing, 8-week follow-up hormone panel, and semiannual monitoring labs. Basic laboratory testing is included, while specialty, functional medicine, micro-nutrient, food sensitivity, autoimmune, and advanced diagnostic testing are available at an additional cost when clinically indicated.

Full Body Health also includes basic HRT/TRT medications(does not include Testosterone/Estradiol patches or cream, specialty medications, thyroid medications).
