Membership Commitment & Cancellation
Essential Health
Essential Health is a month-to-month membership. You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days written notice to our office.
Full Body Health
Full Body Health requires a 3-month initial commitment. After the first 90 days, the membership automatically reverts to a month-to-month plan, allowing you to cancel or change to Essential with 30 days written notice.
